Police seize nunchucks and samurai-style weapon in Northampton raid

Northamptonshire Police’s proactive team executed the warrant in Spencer Bridge Road, believing the property was a crack den.
Triumphant officers tweeted afterwards saying they had closed down a drugs den.

Hide AdIt turned out that the three arrested were wanted over non-drugs-related offences.
However, officers still seized several knife-type weapons, including a samurai-style dagger and what appeared to be a pair of nunchucks, a martial arts weapon associated with ninjas.
Meanwhile, in other tweets, the unit showed other weapons it had seized this week in Northampton, which included a baton, a kitchen knife and a golf putter.
