Plans submitted for 60 new houses in Northamptonshire
The application by Ferguson Broadbent Developments would see the demolition of 44 Cranford Road to create access for the development, which would also see an open space created.
If approved, the site would be home to 20 two-bedroom houses, eight three-bedroom houses and 28 four-bedroom-plus houses.

A statement on behalf of Ferguson Broadbent Developments said: “[The vision is] to create a high quality living environment providing well designed housing with appropriate hard and soft landscaping and open spaces offering opportunities for both amenity and play.
“The development will strive to create a safe, attractive and secure neighbourhood, promoting social interaction and community while providing safe routes for pedestrians and cyclists to the wider area.
“It will be planned to respect its location close to Cranford but within the wider Kettering East urban extension.
