Woman threatened by 'verbally abusive' dog walker in Northampton park

A woman was threatened by a dog walker whilst she was walking her own dog in Bradlaugh Fields, Northampton on Saturday December 12.
The incident took place between 6pm and 6.15pm after both dog walkers held on to their pets as they walked past each other.

Hide AdThe woman released her dog after walking a short distance and it returned to the man and his dog.
The woman apologised but the man became verbally abusive towards her and threatened the woman with his dog.
The man is described as white and in his twenties, six foot tall, of a slim build and wearing a navy tracksuit. He was walking a Doberman.
A spokesperson for Northamptonshire Police said: “Anyone who witnessed this incident or who may have any information which could help with the investigation is asked to call Northamptonshire Police on 101, quoting reference number: 20000656687.
