Hide AdNorthamptonshire-based Luna Flix Outdoor Cinema has organised the residency after plans for a sixth season of showing movies outdoors across the county were cancelled by the coronavirus.
Owner Simon Hopkins said: "Fortunately, as lockdown has lifted in time, we have found an exciting new way to create an open air movie and it's not a drive-in.
"With so much of the season lost, we had to find an economic way to run so for the first time we have partnered with another local company, Serenity Media, to utilise a giant LED screen for the shows."
The evenings shows will be mostly 1980s-themed, including a tribute screening for director Joel Schumacher, who died last month, with his classic teen-vampire movie The Lost Boys.

The afternoon shows - a first for Luna Flix which has been going since 2015 - are discounted to reflect tighter family budgets, Simon said.
"Public safety is always the priority so we have complied with the local authority undertaking a Covid-based risk assessment for the event and ensuring toilets will be cleaned regularly," he added.
"The audience must book online in advance, is strictly limited in number and will all be socially spaced with ground markings in groups of four to government guidelines.
